Monday, January 1, 2024 - 56th birthday party bottle. Double decant for 2-hours. Paired with Pasta e Fagioli. Medium bodied, broadening as it opened. Hint of smoke on nose, ripe, fragrant black cherry with black truffles on lengthy finish. Outstanding!
