Sunday, February 11, 2024 - Paired with dinner, drank over 2 hours. Started a bit acid forward but settled over time. Opened up into an earthy Syrah with plum flavors- alcohol and tannins nicely integrated- easy drinker for dinner. Definitely recommend an hour of air.
