Saturday, March 30, 2024 - An awesome bottle. Have been anxious to try this one for a couple of months. Will benefit from additional time, but it’s a pleasurable monster right now. Nose was subdued but floated a dusty fruit. Mouth was balanced with nice blue-black fruit, some acid and finishing with fairly aggressive tannins. 3 hour decant, and drank mostly by itself. This will be an exceptional wine in a few years.
