Saturday, October 30, 2010 - Wow, mind-blowing chard with notes of lemon-curd, and a tiny hint of vanilla bean. Nose hints of sweetness but lands on the palate with luscious frut balanced with acidity and freshness. Absolutely beautiful and complex. Drinking so well now.
