Thursday, May 25, 2023 - Light gold color. Served at almost room temperature. Mineral melon pear bouquet and flavors. Modest concentration and complexity. This is not showing as well as the last tasting. Good minerality, saltiness, and acidity. Maybe a off bottle, maybe in a dumb phase, maybe needs ageing. Seems to have good structure. But based on this tasting a disappointment when looking at QPR. Time will tell. Hope to retry in about 3-6 months
