Sunday, May 28, 2023 - Sorry my first comment, ‘Was still in great shape! Just the final breath before death and scored 60’.

Didn’t throw it. But after 4 hours I tried again, it opened up completely. I was impatient. Even the tannins are present.

Dried plums, blackberry, black cherry. Tobacco, super earthy; old natural cellar taste. Didn’t expect this to happen. Very drinkable. Cork in a million pieces..
