Monday, February 12, 2024 - Light straw yellow in the glass. High amounts of acidity on the nose. On the pallet, you can detect some green apples. It is quite passive in my opinion not much happening in terms of depth or concentration. It is somewhat juicy on the early pallet leading into, a higher acidity and somewhat sweet finish leaves me wanting much more for the price point.
