Very pale green straw.
Classy and classic riesling nose. Green apple, petrol and a touch of peach.
Everything you'd expect from a young Kabinett. A touch oily, a touch of sweetness immediately balanced by zingy acidity, lots of green apple flavours, but also a bit of an apple peel chewiness.
