Tuesday, February 20, 2024 - On first pour, pronounced bright red fruit. Raspberry, strawberry, blackberry. Cherry pie, amoretto, chocolate-covered cherry, cola. A little baking spicrs. Purple color.

High acidity, long finish - fruit on the finish lingers for awhile.

After an hour, more secondary amd tertiary flavors. Riper berries, cinnamon amd baking spices coming on more. Jam and flowers, some mocha.

Really complex especially for being so young. Planning to buy several bottles to put away.
