Monday, February 26, 2024 - Anniversary dinner at La Bicyclette. Tight as a drum right now, even with a decant. Mostly raspberries, strawberries and minerals with bay leaf and mint in the finish. But still a great accompaniment to tonight’s pizza, where the still-pronounced acidity cuts through the cheese and olive oil. This promises lots of pleasure in about 3-4 years. Drink 2027-2035. Worth Seeking Out.
