Sunday, March 10, 2024 - Grabbed a bottle of this as well even though MLipton did not mention the Lytton Springs. This was also livelier than I remembered and sans creamy dill. Lytton is more brambly berries with herbs and spice than the darker Pagani, it was also more tannic and reserved. Really excellent as well. Again, I got to share a bit with pigdaddy and reminisce about our intersecting journeys through wine. What a lovely evening.
