Tuesday, February 21, 2023 - I’m sure this was barrel fermented as the natural character of the grape was subdued tending toward white grapefruit. I liked the balance and subtle nuances, with a buttery or even oily texture. The finish lingered and was seasoned with a little pepper. CHP 88pts
