Sunday, February 15, 2015 - Every year, I think this "little bottle that could" will begin its decent into mediocrity, but it surprises us every time we open a bottle. This isn't a hugely memorable wine, yet pleasant and delicious each pouring... clearly long after we expected it to last. With each opening, we extend the 2005's drinking window. This wine has been cellared at 56 degrees since release. If you still have some, don't give up on it. Decant or aerate, drink up and enjoy.
