Saturday, December 9, 2023 - What a delight, and so consistent in quality from vintage to vintage. Peach and stone fruit aromas, and a herbal element. The palate is beautifully textured with refreshing acidity. Restrained and balanced. I would gladly drink this on its own. It’s easy to see why the whites were Mary Weber Novak’s favourite Spottswoode wines.
