Friday, December 1, 2023 - While I don't have the time to write as detailed a note as the others, I will say this is excellent and will no doubt improve. Classic nose of cola, ripe cherry, a little anise/licorice, followed by black tea. Well-balanced on the entry, with deep, deep raspberry and cherry fruit, green herbs, more tea, with a cocoa-coffee finish that lasts for a while. Despite the richness of the fruit the wine is still taut and will benefit from a few years in bottle.
