Friday, April 19, 2024 - This Orvieto classico seems to evolve through different characters. The start, as well as the nose, clearly shows mature peachy fruit and honey, then goes through a fresh, somewhat greenish phase (yes, there is sauvignon blanc in the blend) and finally leaves you with an orange flavoured aftertaste. I like this complexity of fruit, which is moreover nicely balanced.
