Sunday, February 18, 2024 - The wine looks blonde colored. The legs are slow. There is no sediment in the bottle. It smells like a breeze of concrete, light grapefruit, mineral and stoniness. It tastes like grapefruit, slate, apricot and mineral. The body is medium/full. The wine has bright texture. The wine finishes long. The wine has medium acidity. Mouth lasting some acid peak remains.
