Monday, August 21, 2006 - Needs alot of air. Opened at 11am and served at 6pm but sips throughout the day show that this is much more approachable than the 2001. My guess is it will eventually shut down (like the 01) but for now it is very good. Day 2 - has really opened up. This is a very nice wine. 95 today.
