Saturday, March 17, 2007 - Best Melchor I've had. It's young with heady fruit up front, more prominent than the tar and ketone smell I have objected to in past vintages. Tannins are firm but under control making it drinkable now. More oak and vanilla with raspberry and currant on the palate. Finishes long and warm.
