Thursday, August 29, 2013 - Soft beautiful wine. Mellowed significantly since last bottle 2 years ago. Others have been more articulate with flavor profile than I at this point. Some improvement with airtime but it tasted so damn good that we did not follow its maturation. This bottle was ready. Its time.
