Sunday, January 27, 2008 - Decanted for 1 hour, drank over the following 2. Served with prime filet mignon and roasted fingerling potatos. This started singing after about 2 hours time, and was really opening up towards the end. Very complex with notes of tobacco, black cherry, cassis, loam, cedar and a touch of mint (maybe eucalyptus). Tannins are still very strong... I'll let my remaining 3 sleep a while and try another one in a year. 93-95 points.
