Sunday, August 20, 2023 - medium lemon, clear and shiny colour. nose: super-concentrated. herbal - geranium, sage, rosemary. Some vegetal notes - tomato leaf asparagus. Fruit- aplle, lemons, lemon zest. great intensity. taste: high acidity, full body - wine is fat. lemons, apples, white pear, white grapefruit. Medium (+) herbal (sage) finish. Some bergamot notes. Excellent.
