Friday, July 9, 2021 - Well that was tastylicious! Syrah is amazing w sushi, imho…but I wasn’t prepared for the total boldness of this Lillian! So concentrated - pure - tannicraziness. The earthiness is so powerful but elevated. Like if there was some way to take loamy, mulchy dirt and some of the blackest berries ever grown and challenge @richardblais (shout out) to win a cooking competition with it.
