Tuesday, April 23, 2024 - Opened for 3.5 hours. Color is ruby. On the nose: Cherry, strawberry, some barnyard funk, a bit of cranberry and forest floor. Quite a Burgundian nose. On the palate: Tart cherry, cranberry, soft tannins, a bit of bacon fat and funk which is odd but interesting. Nice mouthfeel: soft and sensuous. Classic and elegant Pinot Noir.
