Friday, February 9, 2024 - Floral nose of raspberry and red cherry with interesting spiced and herbal notes that remind me of old bay seasoning. It’s like a gymnast: powerful but agile and expressive. The palate is lifted and juicy with great acidic grip. There are layers of light red raspberry but also toasty dark lines underneath. It is pure and savory, well textured by silky tannins. Finished long Incredibly delicious!
