Friday, June 18, 2010 - White, slightly effervescent wine with a bland, restrained nose of baked bread. In the mouth, it is soft and frothy with citrus and sweet. The finish is short. This is a fun aperitif or dessert wine that will pair easily with sweet foods or will be great out on the deck in the summer. A definite mood enhancer.
