Sunday, April 8, 2007 - (Had this at the Inn at Little Washington.) Light, lithe, and harmonious, with a sweet caramel-and-apple nose followed by a savory, succulent, biting, yet balanced palate of citrus and toast. The mid-length to long finish shows some minerality to give this yet another dimension. It's a well-crafted wine with a refined mousse, and it warrants consideration as one of Champagne's top cuvees.
