Saturday, March 30, 2024 - Decanted around 3 hours before serving. Poured into Grassl Libertes. Super reduced with a ton of smoke on the nose (almost meme-ified). Fairly light in style, with stone fruit and a stony quality. The reduction here is so dominating -- almost like peat in an Islay.
