Wednesday, September 13, 2023 - Sweet but fresh and balanced, and exactly what I was hoping for from this half-bottle. Nice acidity (on day 1) athough this waned after 1.5 weeks in the fridge. Honey, pineapple and caramel notes, as well as additional tropical fruits.
