Friday, November 24, 2023 - When opened, the nose had unpleasant accents of nail polish. After 1 hour this sensation will disappear, giving way to a dominant balsamic flavor characteristic of the region. Then when serving, floral notes, spices and prunes will appear to make the whole thing more complex.

On the palate there is a beautiful minty freshness on pure fruit, the profile of the wine is quite fine. Slender juice which stretches thanks to a good acidic frame to open on a pleasant finish where the undergrowth dominates. Good length.

Very good, its evolution was very positive throughout the tasting.
