Saturday, December 24, 2016 - Served at Christmas on a roasted turkey with 4-fruits stuffing.
Incredible wine with a strong dark orange color.
The nose was intense: very fruity, kumquat, passion fruits, ananas, with some more tertiary notes.
On the palate the wine is definitely kicking with a high acidity, full bodied , plenty of power with a superb length.
