Tuesday, April 9, 2024 - Light hay shades. Brioche. Toast. Green apple. Pear. Lively. Beautiful acidity and an incredibly long, citrus finish. So easy to pair and delightful by itself. Just lovely! Today, from seafood to macaroons. Works like a charm.
