Friday, October 2, 2009 - Quite possibly the best bottle of Sokol Blosser Evolution I've ever tasted. The 11th edition has been my favorite thus far, and I was thrilled when we were served it this evening instead of the 12th. Crisp apple, tart pear, brown sugar and floral essence blend wonderfully and provide a lasting and memorable finish. Couldn't be more pleased!
