Friday, February 23, 2024 - Color is clear pale lemon green. Nose is very pleasant, with pineapple, lemon, florals. On the palate, a medium viscosity and nice balance of acid and sugar. Palate shows Meyer lemon, tropical fruits, sugared grapefruit. Could maybe use a hint more complexity, which brings down my score a bit, but overall a very nice bottle at a solid price. I think this would be fantastic with Thai food.
