Monday, September 18, 2023 - Violent decant. Medium red
Red cherry, spice, orange marmalade.
Ripe red cherry with wonderful complexing characters.
Acid quite present and also tannin. 5 years will see better balance and drinkability. Based on this, 2021 Brunello will be worth grabbing.
