Monday, July 12, 2021 - A private dinner (Restaurant d'Oude Schuur, Sint-Martens-Latem, Belgium): Brought by David. Fresh for age, not tired at all, harmonious and well integrated, golden grapes, hint of spice, only very slight vegetal notes, ripe lemon, supple and with good persistence. A lovely surprise.
