Saturday, June 13, 2009 - Wonderful young Hermitage. Big floral nose with notes of bacon/meat, black fruits, pepper, and a huge finish. Lots of life left. Went very well with Montana lamb saddle - lamb belly, spätzle, tokyo turnips, grilled ramps, pinot noir sauce.
