Tuesday, March 19, 2013 - decanted for 1+ hr and drank over 2 hrs. upon opening, deep red. nose of berry, perfumed nose of berry, floral and hint of vanilla.

on palate, smooth tannin and balanced acidity, med to long finish, very complex. it held up for up to 3 hrs, and got smoother with time. very enjoyable tuscany, outdone bdm 2000 drank along.
