Sunday, January 1, 2017 - This Syrah is still drinking well, but I recommend giving it at least an hour of air. This bottle was a bit hot initially, but it filled out over time and the noticeable alcohol subsided. It's a bit Syrah, but still plenty of fruit left in it.
