Deep, with herbs, citrus and grassy notes. One of the best Sauvignon Blanc blends I've ever had and in a completely different league than the other whites today. Having had many oxidized Domaine de Chevalier white wines, I asked the estate whether this problem was finally addressed. I was proudly shown a Diam cork and explained that this was the result of a larger investigation. Inconsistent, unstable corks. Let's see. I would love for this great wine to stay in this shape for many more years. The 2022 (95pt) was also top, perhaps not quite as extravagant as the 2019 but in a similar league.
