Friday, July 10, 2015 - Compared this from the Riedel vinum, sommelier, and Zalto. Best from the sommelier; Vosne spice, stemmy raspberry and blackberry, a hint of musk and smoke. The Vinum was similar but with less grandeur and the Zalto pulled apart the component parts (highlighting mineral and red fruit) but by virtue of doing so didn't manage to convey the excellent and cohesive whole picture. Interesting tasting windows here (2012-2019) because I think this is just coming into maturity.
