Monday, April 8, 2024 - Jadot Seminar: A little richer than Chassagne. Fuller, rounder. This is a preference thing for me. I prefer the brightness of the Chassagne, but if you want a little more broadness in your Burg, go for this. I wonder if it's going to age as well, it doesn't seem as put together to me.
