Friday, November 3, 2023 - Alsace Riesling from Ribeauville (Cave de Ribeauville / Trimbach) (Ribeauville, Alsace, France): Colour: light to medium straw, medium legs, no sediment
Nose: iron oxide, citrus, hints of stone fruit
Mouth: terroir notes, citrus, very dry acidity
Finish: very straight and clean terroir structure
