Sunday, November 27, 2022 - Wonderful pairing with my sushi tonight. I was craving bubbly. Sunday nights are almost always white nights. After a week of reds, it is always nice to depart to white wine or bubbly. Tart, green apple, brioche biscuit. Lovely nose and lengthy finish. Yum!
