Monday, March 27, 2023 - My 60th (Abbot Street, Ngaio, Wellington, New Zealand): This tasting note is for a bottle that was cellared for about 15 years. Surprisingly effervescent, and vibrant - totally alive, but with the addition of some slight biscuit notes and a round and integrated palate profile. There was no need to make excuses for this aged NV wine, which was outstandingly good.
