Sunday, June 4, 2023 - Based on the 2018 vintage, laid in chalk in 2019 and disgorged in 2022. This was spectacularly good - which I was surprised about as I normally leave this in the cave longer before drinking. Very rich on the nose and palate - the reserve wines and the time on lees are very evident. Baked apple and pear, smoke, brioche, lemon peel. Definitely benefits from air in the glass. Fine persistent mousse. Long finish. Delicious.
