Young, but elegant on the nose. Flowers, yellow apples, white bread and sea water.
On the palate the wine has a very nice crisp and youthful feeling to it. Obviously too young but still drinking well. Some bitter, unripe character that time will solve.
One of my favorite Champagne producers.
