Monday, December 25, 2023 - At family Christmas Lunch, Sunshine Coast.This is based on the 2012 vintage and was disgorged in 2018. It has been cellared for 4 years and shows nice complexity of brioche, nougat and orchard fruits on the nose. The palate has lovely density and texture and the finish is fine with a tasty grip and some touches of complexity from aging.
