Saturday, December 2, 2023 - My "go-to" champagne recently. I always keep a few bottles at home! Great complexity, refreshing, good mousse, green apple, toastiness, depth, and body. Recommended by some friends to keep a few bottles for drinking in a few years... but it's quite difficult because they go so quickly! Value wise I'm always going back to this. Great with food and great on its own! A crowd pleaser.
