Friday, November 6, 2009 - 2007 Disgorgement. Golden color. Rich toasty oak aromas. Richly layered palate: toast, nuts, and minerals wrap around a lemon-citrus backbone. Medium-long finish. Elegant. The price has gone up a bit over the past couple of years, but this still represents one of the finest values in widely-available non-vintage Champagnes that I can think of. Superb!
